If you use our Wi-Fi information about your device may be collected so that it is available to the authorities if there is internet misuse. We cannot identify you from this data. 

Our customers and their suppliers may provide us with photos which we may use on our website and in our marketing material. The owners of the photos should have consent to share images. Please let us know if you would like any images removed.

When you make a payment to us your card information is entered into a third-party payment system. This personal data is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Data Retention 

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us. We may “mask” (remove the personal elements) some data. We retain customer data until completion of the contract and for a further 7 for tax purposes

We may pass your information to our third-party service providers, agents’ subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process payments and send you email).
